From the idea project

Founded by Manu Letellier, an entrepreneur with a passion for technology and innovation, Lyo Robots was born out of a simple but powerful mission: to combat food waste through cutting-edge technological solutions.

Our heritage Sushi Robots

Manu Letellier is no stranger to the world of robots and automation.
Prior to Lyo Robots, he spent a decade at the helm of Sushi Robots, a company that revolutionised the restaurant industry. By making sushi machines both popular and essential for certain establishments, Sushi Robots not only improved hygiene conditions, but also boosted restaurant productivity.

With several years' experience in retail and catering, we were confronted every day with the scale of waste, and this prompted us to look for a concrete and sustainable solution.
